Resource Management Dashboard Filters
ClickTime’s Resource Management dashboard now supports filtering, so you can focus on the data that helps you take action.
This newest addition to our Resource Management module, the Resource Dashboard, offers a bird-eye view of key metrics like utilization, budget usage, and variance – in real time. Now, with filtering, the Resource Dashboard helps you focus on the segments of business you are responsible for, so you can take decisive action and influence outcomes. To optimize for efficiency, we’ve made filtering universal in Resource Management, so you can transition seamlessly from monitoring business metrics to making adjustments in the “Grid.”
Whether you’re an account manager responsible for a portfolio of clients, a VP looking to maximize utilization in your department, or an exec taking a ten-thousand foot view, the RM dashboard offers the right level of fidelity at the right moment in your workflow.
New BI&A Data Sources
If you use BI&A (Business Intelligence and Analytics) to create custom reports in ClickTime, you now have a range of new ways to report on your organization’s resource planning and management.
If you use both BI&A and ClickTime’s Resource Management module, you’ll see new data sources to select from, allowing you to create reports that include monthly and lifetime budget data, monthly time allocations, capacity data, and billing and cost amounts.
The result is more useful resource management reporting for the CFO, people managers, project managers, and others in your organization interested in how project time is planned and used. Check out the ClickTime Help Center for information on how to access and use these new data sources.
Mobile Expense Approvals
Expenses can now be reviewed and approved through ClickTime’s Mobile App, available in iOS and Android stores. Quickly swipe through receipts, make comments if any changes are needed, and approve your employees’ expenses for reimbursement. For more information, please consult our knowledge base.
SCIM Support
ClickTime now supports user provisioning and identity management with popular identity providers. For ClickTime Enterprise organizations using Okta, OneLogin, or Azure, users can be managed from one centralized platform using SCIM functionality. Employees can be provisioned and deprovisioned for easy onboarding and management of changing workforces.
User properties such as Start Dates and Employment Types can be automatically updated across all applications to minimize manual entry and streamline processes.
